Ty Bailey

Ty Bailey has operated at the most senior levels of sports and entertainment representing the brand, media, and agency side during his career.

Currently, Bailey moved back into consulting helping web 3.0 companies venture into the sports and entertainment space. After serving as the VP, Commercial for Sports and Entertainment on behalf of metaverse pioneer Infinite Reality, Bailey saw the need for strategic consulting for global brands within this new Web 3.0 space.

Previously, Bailey served as Founder and CEO of Gameraiser Live, a proprietary social good charity gaming platform. Bailey led the equity funding and development of this social good platform that harnesses the enormous enthusiasm for sporting and pop cultural events, and lets companies, celebrities and advocates raise money for good causes through competitive gaming.  Bailey managed his own agency, 10X Sports & Entertainment, consulting and advising digital and media companies within the sports and entertainment sector with a strategic venture with iconic 21 Sports Marketing, identifying global properties in naming rights and global sports

sponsorship deals.

Bailey was recruited by the CEO to serve as the Vice President of Consulting at Lagardere Unlimited, a leading global sports agency. Bailey lead the new business development efforts for the North American consulting group and worked with talent to identify opportunities.

From 2006 until 2012, as Vice President of Talent at WWE, Bailey managed all business practices for WWE's talent intellectual property. Directly responsible for all operations within WWE's intellectual property revenue stream, including content, integrated sponsorships, licensing, consumer products, endorsements and talent compensation, Bailey provided leadership and strategy for the global, integrated media organization. During his tenure, WWE strengthened it's intellectual property global footprint through an aggressive re-structuring of their talent branding and representation including the creation of the first ever talent development performance center and operations. This lead to the first time agreements with global brands such as Proctor & Gamble, AT&T, K-Mart and General Mills,

plus renewals of both domestic and international television rights agreements.

Bailey started his career at the league level with an NBC Sports and WWE joint venture - the XFL - working out of the office of the Commissioner. There he served as liaison with the Chairman of NBC Sports, Chairman of WWE and all team General Managers.

Bailey resides in Charleston, SC with his wife, Annie Bailey, and three children - Faye, Gus and Lane.
